Ontario-based Integrity Millwrights Inc. will become part of TurbinePROs® Rotating Equipment Services (R. E. Services) on December 1, 2016. The endeavor will allow for greater resources and expanded capabilities to service the industrial and power generation plants in Ontario and across Canada.
Established in 2005 to provide millwright and alignment services to industrial and power generation plants, Integrity Millwrights is known for their rapid response for maintenance, fabrication, repair, installation and service to all machinery including project management, machinery re-rates and laser alignment services. They also provide heavy machinery moving. Integrity Millwrights Inc. has been a leader in safety, accountability, reliability and service and was nominated as the Business of the Year in 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2011 from the Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce.
The existing offices and shop of Integrity Millwrights in Sarnia, ON will become the headquarters for TurbinePROs R.E. Services. Integrity Millwrights founder and president, Jeff Astolfi, who will become TurbinePROs R.E. Services Operations Manager, estimates that approximately twenty jobs will be added with this acquisition and more jobs are projected in the future.

Astolfi, says, “With this expansion, we will combine both companies’ expertise, capabilities, and resources. The companies are very similar in that we both provide a craft labour workforce with experts servicing all rotating equipment like turbines, pumps, compressors, conveyors, mills and more.” He continues, “TurbinePROs has extensive resources like engineering, project management, safety and quality professionals, and manpower to pull from for larger projects as well as the added value of becoming ISO 9001 and 14000 certified. We can service small jobs to turnkey major overhauls. Our philosophy is the same, provide work with integrity and service the customer’s needs safely and at the highest quality.”
